Lifeway Foods launched two lines of probiotic beverages: Lifeway Kefir with Oats and Lifeway Perfect 12. Available in Blueberry Maple, Apple Cinnamon and Vanilla Plum flavors, Lifeway Kefir with Oats features soluble oat powder that offers the nutritional benefits of oatmeal, the company says. The beverages also have a smooth texture, a hint of oat flavor, 11 grams of protein, and probiotics. They are available in single-serve 8-ounce bottles and in four-packs. Lifeway Perfect 12 offers 12 probiotic cultures and 12 grams of carbohydrates, making it a good option for diabetics or those watching their sugar intake, the company says. Available in Orange Cream, Apple Pear Cobbler, Triple Berry Tart and Key Lime Pie flavors, the line features all-natural sweeteners and 110 calories a serving. The beverages come packaged in 32-ounce bottles.
