The Döhler Group announced the addition of a range of orange and yellow hues. For the first time, its Crystal Clear Colours will allow the use of colors with a neutral taste profile in clear beverages without adding any artificial colors, the company says. Crystal Clear Colours are characterized by their stability under the influence of light, heat and various pH values. They are ideal for a wide range of beverages including still drinks and enhanced water products, the company says. Additionally, The Döhler Group introduced a portfolio of tea flavors and extracts. The spectrum ranges from black tea flavors such as Chinese Keemun, Assam and Darjeeling to green tea varieties such as oolong, Japanese Makinohara sencha, bancha and jasmine as well as specialty teas such as white tea, mate, rooibos and chai. The ingredients can be used in many beverage applications, including tea drinks, soft drinks, flavored waters, energy drinks, liqueurs and dairy drinks.
