special new malt for craft breweries in honor of the company’s 130th
anniversary. Briess Anniversary Malt is a base malt with a distinctively
different flavor profile than standard base malts, and although it can be
used to brew any beer style, is designed specifically for lager beers. The
company began in 1876 in Czechoslovakia and is currently the only
