Owens-Illinois Inc., Toledo, Ohio, has appointed Dennis K. Williams to serve on the company’s board of directors. He also will serve on the audit committee.

David Robbie has joined Rexam, London, as finance director, and has become a member of the Rexam board.

Dennis Jönsson has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Tetra Pak, Sweden, effective Jan. 1. This appointment follows the decision by Nick Shreiber to retire from his position by the end of 2005, after five years as president and chief executive officer.

Pro Mach Inc., Cincinnati, has promoted Mack Greene to president of the “end-of-line” business unit. Additionally, Glenn Greene has been promoted to vice president and general manager of Orion, a Pro Mach company, assuming full managerial responsibility for all areas of Orion’s operations. Peter Vilardi has been advanced to director of marketing for the Pro Mach end-of-line Packaging business unit.

Rich Bevington has joined Linde Material Handling North America Corp., Summerville, S.C., as its regional sales manager for the North Central region. Linde also promoted Mike Paul, currently regional sales manager for dealers in the Northeast, to assume additional responsibility for the dealers in central and eastern Canada.

FKI Logistex, St. Louis, has named Dick Braatz vice president of manufacturing for its North American business unit.
