The variety is hand-selected, barrel-by-barrel from a 9-year-old bourbon selection and is smooth and nuanced with more rich wood and vanilla notes than traditional Knob Creek, the company says. Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is a 120 proof super-premium bourbon made according to the distillery’s standards of bourbon with distinctive taste and flavor that are made in small batches. The bourbon variety is available this month in 750-ml. bottles for $39.99.
