Carrabba’s Italian Grill crafted two specialty cocktails — the Limoncello Gimlet and the Raspberry Limoncello Drop — to showcase its homemade limoncello.
The Limoncello Gimlet handcrafted cocktail features Carrabba’s Italian Grill’s homemade limoncello, Hendrick’s Gin, lime juice, rosemary simple syrup and club soda.
The Raspberry Limoncello Drop handcrafted cocktail features Carrabba’s Italian Grill’s homemade limoncello shaken with fresh raspberries and Absolut Citron.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill also serves its housemade limoncello by itself. The limoncello is crafted in-restaurant with sun-ripened lemons that are zested by hand and then steeped in Absolut Citron. At the event, the limoncello was served chilled as a dessert beverage with a cannoli.
