For the past eight years, Milwaukee-based Lakefront Brewery has released its Black Friday beer. On Nov. 23, Lakefront Brewery will release both the 2018 vintage of its famed, Black Friday beer, and the Black Friday XXX Vintage Reserve, created with 2015, 2016 and 2017 Black Friday.

Lakefront Brewery, Milwaukee, announced that it will be offering free weddings and vow renewals on Feb. 14. As part of the love and romance of Valentine’s Day, anyone 21 and older, with a marriage license, can be wed for free at Lakefront Brewery, the company says. 

Although it’s common for siblings to attempt to out-compete each other as children, it’s less likely that it will result in a profitable business venture for them as adults. But for brothers Russ and Jim Klisch, what started out as a case of sibling rivalry over who could homebrew the better beer turned into a successful beer business.

For the third year in a row, Milwaukee-based Lakefront Brewery Inc. is celebrating Black Friday with a limited-edition beer. The special brew, Black Friday Imperial India-Style Black Ale, will be available at the brewery on Nov. 29 only.
