Walden, N.Y.-based Angry Orchard, a cider brand of The Boston Beer Co., is teaming up with Brooklyn-based pie shop Four & Twenty Blackbirds to launch its limited-edition Boozy Baked Apple Pies made with Angry Orchard’s most recent cider innovation: Natural Baked Apple Pie Style Hard Cider.
This spring, Angry Orchard, a brand of Boston-based The Boston Beer Co., is giving legal-drinking-age consumers a new and choice: Angry Orchard Rosé hard cider. Made with a blend of apples including rare red-flesh apples from France, Angry Orchard Rosé delivers the crisp and refreshing qualities of hard cider with a rosy color and floral aroma, the company says.
Angry Orchard, a brand of Boston-based The Boston Beer Co., announced the launch of Easy Apple, its newest less-sweet hard cider. Easy Apple offers consumers an easy-drinking hard cider option from Angry Orchard that’s lower in calories and sessionable, the company says. The hard cider will be introduced in six-packs in select states this month, includingWashington State,Oregon,Idaho,Montana,ArkansasandRhode Island. Easy Apple also will be available nationwide in the Angry Orchard Fall Orchard Sampler Variety Pack, it adds.
Angry Orchard, a brand of Boston-based The Boston Beer Co., announced the release of a new year-round specialty hard cider: Walden Hollow. It is the first cider from Angry Orchard to be exclusively made with apple varieties from New York State, including varieties from last year's harvest at the Angry Orchard in New York's Hudson Valley and heirloom apples from other local orchards, the company says.
Although hard cider stems from a smaller market share of the beer category, the hard cider segment continues to outpace the beer category as a whole, according to this year's beer market report.
