Coffee Fest is a tradeshow catering to the specialty coffee and gourmet tea industries. One-third of this year’s New York show will be focused on tea, including educational events about the benefits of drinking tea. Americans consume more than 79 billion, 8-ounce servings of tea annually and have embraced the tea revolution so much that it has created a resurgence in the hot beverage market, according to Coffee Fest.
