Learn the basics of SQF and requirements of the SQF 2000 Code while developing a safe food quality plan.   This class includes the process for auditing and certifying SQF Programs.  Presented by ECOLAB and taught by Tatiana Lorca in association with D. L. Newslow & Associates, Inc.

Workshops are presented by D. L. Newslow & Associates, Inc., and conducted at the SpringHill Suites Marriott north of Orlando, Florida. SpringHill Suites Marriott is located at Exit #101C right off I-4 and State Road 46, minutes from the Historic Sanford District and only eight miles from the Sanford/Orlando Airport and thirty minutes from Orlando International Airport. The hotel is adjacent to the Seminole Towne Center Mall with many restaurants and ample shopping. Many things are accessible by a short walk from the hotel.  Each room is a small “suite” with wonderful amenities, including free Internet service and a complimentary full breakfast every morning.
