Cloudy Bay announced the official release of its 2025 Sauvignon Blanc.

The brand’s legacy began with its pioneering Sauvignon Blanc in 1985, putting New Zealand on the wine map and forever changing the perception of “new world” wines and Sauvignon Blanc as a variety, the company says. Now, four decades later, this refined vintage continues to reinforce Cloudy Bay’s status as an innovator and benchmark in the category, it adds.

Despite six weeks of overcast days, this year’s growing season was warmer and drier than average, the company says. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc that captures the distinctive character of the region with vibrant and expressive aromas of peach, elderflower, makrut lime, and freshly squeezed lemon. The finish is complemented on the palate by bright lemon curd, subtle nectarine, sea salt and dune grass, it notes.

Cloudy Bay 2025 Sauvignon Blanc can be purchased for a suggested retail price of $33 for a bottle, available on Wine.com, ReserveBar, and other wine retailers.
