Organic Valley Oat Beverages

Organic Valley has expanded its oat portfolio with the launch of Organic Valley Oat Beverages.
Made with organic oats ethically sourced from the cooperative’s family farms, the new Oat Beverages will be available in two versions — Original and Creamy — and on store shelves nationwide this fall, the company notes.
The Original Oat Beverage is crafted with three ingredients: organic oats, water and a touch of salt. Meanwhile, the Creamy Beverage blends in organic MCT oil, enhancing not only creaminess, but frothiness, making it an ideal addition to lattes and specialty drinks, the company says.
“From our research, we know that many of our consumers are reaching for both dairy and plant-based beverages and looking for options that are free from gums and seed oils,” said Laurie Drake, vice president of marketing at Organic Valley, in a statement. “Our new oat beverage is crafted for those who care about knowing where the ingredients in their food come from and want something that tastes great in every sip.
“With every new product, we stay true to our purpose: to operate a cooperative that produces delicious, organic products that promote farm diversity and economic stability,” Drake continues. “Our oat line is rooted in strong relationships with our farmers who tend and grow organic produce, oats, dairy and eggs. Consumers can feel good knowing that we stay connected to our products from crop to carton.”
Organic Valley Oat Beverages are available at Whole Foods grocery stores nationwide and will roll out to additional stores in the following months, the company notes. The suggested retail price is $5.99 for a 42-ounce carton.
