The Doc Holliday 16-Year Aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon has a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley, the company notes. The aroma is warm and inviting, with a combination of caramelized apples and sweet maraschino cherries, interwoven with a subtle spice from clove and nutmeg, while the scent of roasted pecans adds a nutty richness, grounding the sweeter notes with a savory depth, it says.

Overall, this 16-year-old bourbon is well-aged, allowing the complexity of flavors to harmonize into a smooth, balanced experience with both sweet and savory characteristics, the company says.
