Boisson announced the launch of its first-ever in-house non-alcohol beverage: Boisson Blanc.

Boisson Blanc was curated by Boisson in partnership with winemaker Johannes Leitz of the German wine brand Leitz. Leitz has received national and international recognition for his outstanding wines and most recently, is responsible for helping advance the quality of non-alcoholic wine making in Germany, the company notes.

Boisson Blanc is a crisp white wine that features a blend of multiple white varieties grown in Germany and Spain, including Muller-Thurgau and Airén, all sourced specifically for their characteristics successful to non-alcoholic preparation, it says. The resulting taste provides a delicate balance of natural acidity and bright, citric fruitiness, it adds.

Boisson Blanc is available to purchase online at boisson.co and in-store at its newest Rockefeller Center location starting at $16 for a bottle.
