Southern Tier Brewing Co. added a new craft beer to its lineup: Lake Shore Fog. Lake Shore Fog was developed over the course of a year, with the final iteration brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops, and is dry hopped in four different ways, the company says. The process affords the brew an initial sweetness balanced by a dry and mild finish, it adds. The 6.5 percent alcohol-by-volume IPA beer is packaged in 16-ounce aluminum cans is available in select markets. Lake Shore Fog also is available on draft.
