Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine launched its first barrel-aged premium product: Ole Smoky Charred Moonshine. Ole Smoky Charred is aged in toasted bourbon barrels for three to four months and then blended for consistency. The resulting spirit contains 52.5 percent alcohol by volume. The initial batch is available nationwide for a limited time this spring, with only 3,500 cases spread out across 49 states, and the rest is available at the Ole Smoky distillery. A 750-ml bottle has a suggested retail price of $39.95.
