Stone Brewing Co. collaborated with brewers at 10 Barrel Brewing Co. and Bluejacket to brew Suede Imperial Porter. The beer features ingredients indigenous to Southern California, including avocado honey, dried jasmine and calendula flowers plucked from Stone’s North County San Diego farmstead, Stone Farms. As a result, the beer incorporates the cocoa and coffee notes of an imperial porter with herb and sweet floral aromas, the company says. With 9.6 percent alcohol by volume, Suede Imperial Porter is available for a limited time in 22-ounce bottles and on draught.
