Courvoisier, a brand of Beam Global Spirits & Wine, added Courvoisier Rose to its portfolio. Courvoisier Rose is a blend of Courvoisier cognac and French red wine grapes. The spirit is 36 proof and recommended to be served chilled or on ice and provides a smooth alternative to the traditional flavor profiles of cognac, the company says. Courvoisier Rose’s flavor profile features notes of blackberry, black currant and a touch of cherry that is complemented by vanilla, honey and vine peach flavors, it says. The spirit is packaged in 750-ml. Josephine bottles for $24.99.
