Tessa Hilado has joined PepsiCo as senior vice president, finance and treasurer, replacing Lionel L. Nowell III, who has retired from the company. Hilado will have global operating responsibility for the treasury organization, including capital markets, cash management, international treasury, pensions, risk management and insurance, as well as the tax organization.

 

Most recently, Hilado was vice president and treasurer at Schering-Plough Corp.
