Understanding the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety

In depth understanding of the  BRC(British Retail Consortium) Standard, one of the standards recognized as meeting the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements.  Explains how to conduct BRC audits, classify non-conformances, and BRC certification.  Presented by ECOLAB and taught by Tatiana Lorca in association with D. L. Newslow & Associates, Inc.

Workshops are presented by D. L. Newslow & Associates, Inc., and conducted at the SpringHill Suites Marriott north of Orlando, Florida. SpringHill Suites Marriott is located at Exit #101C right off I-4 and State Road 46, minutes from the Historic Sanford District and only eight miles from the Sanford/Orlando Airport and thirty minutes from Orlando International Airport. The hotel is adjacent to the Seminole Towne Center Mall with many restaurants and ample shopping. Many things are accessible by a short walk from the hotel.  Each room is a small “suite” with wonderful amenities, including free Internet service and a complimentary full breakfast every morning.
