Crafted using volcanic spring water from an inactive volcano near the city of Tequila, Mexico, Vida de Louie’s Tequila Blanco is distilled from agave that has been cooked for 32-36 hours in brick ovens and stainless-steel autoclaves. The water used for the tequila runs straight through the distillery, so it doesn’t get far from the source before it’s transformed into Tequila Blanco, which features tropical notes that give a nod to “the Spirit of the Islands,” the company says.
