Seattle’s Best offers free coffee to Black Friday workers

Seattle’s Best Coffee, part of Seattle-based Starbucks Corp., will give the 20 percent of Americans who will be working on Black Friday a pick-me-up with a free coffee offer.

For the third year, anyone working on Black Friday, including hospital workers, IT professionals, retail employees, online entrepreneurs and stay-at-home parents, are invited visit the Seattle’s Best Coffee Facebook page to claim the free coffee.

Between now and Nov. 29, Black Friday employees can request a sample through the Facebook page. Seattle’s Best Coffee will send fans free sample packs, which brew 4-pot cups of coffee, while supplies last.

Those looking to enjoy a coffee break on Black Friday can stop by participating Seattle’s Best Coffee cafe locations Nov. 29, to receive a free small cup of brewed coffee. To find a participating Seattle’s Best Coffee location, visit: http://www.seattlesbest.com/blog/news/BlackFridayRetailLocations.

Even those who are working from home can participate in this Black Friday deal, as one-third of employed Americans who have the day off will still be checking work emails, joining conference calls and doing other work-related activities, the company says.

“Whether those working on Black Friday are headed back to the office, supporting a bustling retail business or managing the kids at home, a free coffee is something we can do to create a little win in their day,” said Jennifer Dimaris, vice president of brand management for Seattle’s Best Coffee, in a statement. “At Seattle’s Best Coffee, we know our great-tasting coffee picks you up and sets your day on the right course.”

Black Friday shoppers also can participate in the deal by claiming a $2-off coupon for Seattle’s Best Coffee at-home packaged coffee on the brand’s Facebook page and redeeming it at grocery stores and mass retailers nationwide.
