Ingredient suppliers announce new hires and certifications.
Robertet Flavors, Piscataway, N.J., appointed two sales executives to flavor division roles. Franklin Bott was promoted to the position of global account director at Robertet Flavors, while Jason Baisch joined the company as an account executive in the sales department. The company also announced the appointment of Julian Dabrowski as research chef. In this newly created position, Dabrowski will develop new products with Robertet’s flavor applications team while using his culinary expertise to expand Robertet’s capabilities.

Williamson (DDW), Louisville, Ky., invites attendees to visit “The Color House,” where creativity blends with advanced technical capability to bring color ideas to life for customers, it says. At booth 2352, DDW will exhibit visually appealing food and beverages as a meal theme, it adds. The company also will display its latest innovations including Caramelized Apple for natural flavor and incidental color Caramel Color 520; acid-proof Class One “Plain;” and certified-organic annatto extracts including a powdered version.
