West Australian Distilling Co. launched Opal Blue Gin, which features a selection of native Australian botanicals. To make the spirit, distilled organic juniper berries are twice potted then infused with at least five natural wild-grown bush botanicals that are unique to Australia, the company says. They are then blended with naturally filtered waters, resulting in a flavorful and aromatic gin, it adds. A 750-ml bottle retails for approximately $30.
