MEI Conlux, West Chester,
Pa., acquired the assets of ValTech
International LLC (VTI), a provider of currency
validation products based in Las Vegas. VTI’s Vector and Matrix
products will be added to the MEI Conlux portfolio of unattended payment
systems.
Nordson, Duluth, Ga.,
introduced its Partnership+Plus program, which allows packagers to acquire
new Nordson adhesive dispensing equipment for a monthly fee. The
company’s ProBlue melters, Blue Series guns and Advanced Technology
hoses are available through the program.
Ozburn-Hessey Logistics,
Brentwood, Tenn., was honored by the Economic Development Partnership of
Hendricks County, Ind., as the winner of the 2006 Outstanding Economic
Development Award.
Peterbilt, Denton, Texas,
rolled out its “Models of Innovation” demonstration program.
The program will distribute 2008 Peterbilt models throughout its
