A&B Ingredients imparts a line of tropical
from-the-named-fruit flavors from Brazil that allow processors to recapture
these flavor top notes lost through pasteurization of juices. The proximity
of the fruit orchards to the processing site ensures that the extracts
contain the freshest and most balanced flavors. Tropical extracts,
including banana, guava, passion fruit, coffee, tangerine, mango and cocoa
are available from A&B Ingredients, which represents Duas Rodas, the
extract producer, in the United States. — A&B Ingredients Inc.,
