Torres & Towers LLC, Hazleton, Pa., recently sold a 49 percent equity interest to Crown Zeller, an affiliate of Crown Holdings Inc., Philadelphia. Torres & Towers will act as the in-house contract molder for Crown Zeller, as well as help sell and distribute Crown’s dispensing closure systems. In other company news, Torres & Towers recently acquired the injection molding production assets of Zapata Innovative Plastics Inc., Hazleton, Pa. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Krones Inc. has
established a fund to assist family members of former employee of Krones AG
Anton Uebelhoer after his recent passing. To contribute to the fund, donors
