More than 700 exhibitors from the material handling and logistics industry will be featured at ProMat 2011 from March 21 to 24 at McCormick Place South, Chicago.

In addition to two keynotes, two educational tracks and 80 educational sessions, ProMat 2011 will showcase the latest solutions and innovation the industry has to offer.

Leading manufacturers from across North America will display exhibits representing the following technologies: material handling equipment and systems; packaging, containers, and shipping equipment; inventory management and controlling technologies; dock and warehouse equipment; and supplies and automatic identification equipment.

Manufacturing, distribution and supply chain professionals from North America and more than 100 countries around the world are expected to attend.

To make it easier for attendees to find the solutions they need, the ProMat 2011 show floor is divided into three solution-specific centers: manufacturing and assembly solutions, fulfillment and delivery solutions, and information technology solutions.

An extensive educational conference runs concurrently with the show and includes sessions about improving operational productivity and visibility in manufacturing, distribution and in the overall supply chain. This format allows attendees to learn about various material handling and logistics solutions in the educational sessions and then actually see the equipment, systems and services that can implement those solutions.

Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 21-23 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 24.
