The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, announced its fourth and final Coca-Cola Creations drop of 2022: Coca-Cola Dreamworld. The new carbonated soft drink, which is available in the United States and Canada, adds playfully vibrant flavor notes that evoke the creativity of the human imagination to the taste of Coca-Cola, it says. 

This year’s State of the Industry report on carbonated soft drinks (CSD) notes that, as the market faces increased consumer demand for functional beverages, CSD brands are seeking to find a balance between indulgence and health.

MTN DEW, a brand of Purchase, N.Y.-based PepsiCo, is bringing summer flavors to stores. The original MTN DEW BAJA BLAST and MTN DEW BAJA BLAST Zero Sugar are returning, and will be joined by two new tropical flavors: MTN DEW BAJA MANGO GEM and MTN DEW BAJA GOLD. Additionally, for the first time, the flavor of BAJA BLAST will be available as an energy drink with the launch of MTN DEW ENERGY BAJA BLAST.

Earlier this year, Coca-Cola Starlight offered fans a taste of outer space. Now, the second Coca‑Cola Creations offering presents the first-ever Coca-Cola flavor born in the metaverse. Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Byte will bring the flavor of pixels to life in a limited-edition beverage that transcends the digital and physical worlds. 

Coca-Cola, a brand of Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co., unveiled its new global innovation platform Coca-Cola Creations, along with its first limited-edition product: Coca-Cola Starlight. Coca-Cola Creations will take the iconic Coca-Cola trademark and lend it to new expressions, driven by collaboration, creativity and cultural connections. Through limited-edition, sequential releases, Coca-Cola Creations will introduce new products and experiences across physical and digital worlds.

The Coca-Cola Co. expanded its Coca-Cola with Coffee platform with a new flavor: Mocha.  

MTN DEW, a brand of PepsiCo, announced the launch of its newest flavor: MTN DEW Uproar, a berry kiwi flavor with a Dew twist, which can only be found for a limited time at Food Lion stores, the company says. 

Virgil’s, a brand of Reed’s Inc., announced the return of its original Virgil’s Handcrafted Dr. Better. 

Jones Soda Co. is ramping up its growth campaign with the introduction of its first mass-market variety 12-packs, as well as a rotating series of special flavors that will change every six months.
