Adding to its wine portfolio, Bonterra Organic Vineyards now offers two new vintages. The new 2015 Merlot features aromas of black currant, black cherries and a touch of wood smoke with flavors of plums, dark berries, toasty oak and vanilla spice, along with soft tannins and a long finish, the company says. The 2016 Pinot Noir has aromas of strawberry and raspberry with notes of oak spice and vanilla. On the tongue it is rich is soft tannins and flavors of berries, vanilla and spice that fade into a long finish, it adds. Both of the new vintages are available nationwide with a suggested retail price of $18 for a 750-ml bottle.
