FrÏs Vodka, a brand of Pernod Ricard USA, announced the release of FrÏs Cooling Pineapple in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. The flavored vodka pairs the natural taste of pineapple with the cooling sensation of FrÏs vodka, the company says. The 30 percent alcohol-by-volume vodka is crafted at chilled temperatures to remove impurities for a crisp, smooth vodka. It is distilled four times and freeze-filtered at subzero temperatures for a clean and soft finish, it adds. To raise awareness of the new flavor, 50-ml hitchhiker bottles of FrÏs Pineapple accompany 1.75-ml bottles of FrÏs Original in select markets. Additionally, FrÏs Pineapple is available in 50- and 750-ml bottles; a 750-ml bottle retails for a suggested price of $9.99.
