In honor of its 25th anniversary on Sept. 27, Hood River, Ore.-based Full Sail Brewing crafted 25, a Northwest-style pale doppelbock beer brewed with Vienna malt and Saaz hops. Extended lagering gives the beer full-bodied caramel and honey flavors with hoppy notes of white pepper and lemon spice, the company says. The 9 percent alcohol by volume beer will be available throughout the brand’s 25th year on draft and in 22-ounce bottles.
