Brewmasters for 21st Amendment Brewery and Ninkasi Brewing Co. joined forces to create an ale that features ingredients from each brewer’s local region. Allies Win The War! is an English-style strong ale brewed with California dates and Northwest hops. The ale is a rich, brandy-colored beer with complex malt flavors, sweetness from the dates and a bitter, yet pleasant dry hop aroma, the company says. It is available in select markets in four-packs of cans for $10.99.
