GRAS certification for Applephenon, a concentrated natural source of
polyphenols extracted from unripe apples. According to the company, 1 gram
of Applephenon delivers the same amount of polyphenols as five apples and
up to 2.6 times the oxygen radical absorption capacity of other antioxidant
sources.
