Izze Beverage Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of PepsiCo, added a new Sparkling Watermelon variety to its Izze Esque line of low-calorie sparkling juices. Made with 25 percent fruit juice, Izze Esque has less than half the calories and sugar of its original Izze sparkling flavored juice beverages. The Watermelon variety is a permanent addition to the Izze Esque line and contains 50 calories and 14 grams of sugar, which are derived from fruit juice, in each 12-ounce serving.
