On Sept. 20, 2016, David Michael & Co. hosted its 12th Innovation Roadshow in Philadelphia with a theme of Tastebud Revolution. Featuring its portfolio of 27 innovations spanning flavors, applications, technologies and consumer/market insights, the ingredient supplier offered inspiration to its customers and their new product development efforts.
