SIMI Wines announced the launch of its first-ever low calorie and low alcohol wine: Brightful Chardonnay.

At only 80 calories a serving, SIMI’s Brightful Chardonnay offers a bright, full-flavored expression with the same SIMI quality that’s been delivered since 1876, it says.

With the same fruit sourcing, SIMI’s world-class winemaking team adjusted the oak aging and implemented winemaking techniques to achieve a lower alcohol version of the brand’s beloved classic Chardonnay, the company notes.

For those prioritizing moderation and balance, SIMI Brightful Chardonnay boasts 9% ABV, making it a light and refreshing option while still delivering a full Chardonnay flavor, it says. This low-calorie, low-alcohol wine opens with aromas and refreshing flavors of yellow and green apple, yellow pear, lemon-lime and lemon zest, followed by subtle butterscotch and honey, it adds.

Brightful Chardonnay is available to purchase nationally on Drizly and Instacart, as well as online at the company’s website and local retailers where SIMI is sold.
