Southern Tier Distilling Co. released its new canned ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail: Vodka Transfusion. Based on the cocktail made famous by Dwight D. Eisenhower, a Vodka Transfusion is a blend of vodka with ginger ale, lime, and pops with a distinctive purple color from a splash of grape, it says. Available in four-pack 12-ounce cans, the 8% ABV Vodka Transfusion is available on shelves at the Southern Tier Distillery in Lakewood, N.Y., and markets with current distribution in New Jersey, Michigan, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine, as well as in Southern Tier Brewing and Victory Brewing Co. Taproom locations.
