Cathead Distillery launched its newest product: Old Soul Bourbon. Like an old soul, the bourbon shows maturity of a much older, longer-aged statement bourbon, the company says. Old Soul offers a balanced mouthfeel with notes of rose and dried cherry, followed by toffee and baking spices, it adds. Bottled at 43 percent alcohol by volume, Old Soul is available at retailers nationwide.
