Niner Wine Estates has announced the release of its 2016 Cuvée Brut Nature. The wine is an amalgamation of 76 percent Pinot Noir and 24 percent Chardonnay from Jespersen Ranch Vineyard, Calif. It is also tirage aged, riddled and bottled on the estate. The name Brut Nature refers to the fact that Niner added zero sugar with the dosage, the company says. The 2016 Cuvée Brut Nature is available in 750-ml bottles for a suggested retail price of $65 for a bottle.
