Unibroue announced the seasonal release of Éphémére Pear, a Belgian style white ale with the taste of ripe pears complemented by wheat acidity, the company says. The company’s other craft beers are golden ale La Fin Du Monde, double amber-red ale Maudite, dark ale Trois Pistoles, white ale Blanche de Chamnbly, and flavored white ale Éphémére Apple. Éphémére Pear is available for a limited time in the United States. The 5.5 percent alcohol by volume beer is available in 750-ml cork and cage bottles for a suggested retail price of $8.99 for a 750-ml bottle.
