DSM Food Specialties has partnered with San-Ei Gen, FFI Inc., Osaka, Japan, to distribute DSF’s PeptoPro active Peptide ingredient in Japan for use in co-branded peptide beverages. The company also recently worked with Haleko GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, to produce an energy drink called MultiPower Recharge with PeptoPro.

David Michael & Co. has renamed its European subsidiary David Michael Europe S.A.S. The European division was previously known as daroma/David Michael, and during the past few years has significantly increased its technical and logistical resources. It will continue to be located in Valence, France.

Fortitech Europe is transferring production from its facility in Niløse, Denmark, to its new facility in Gadstrup, outside of Copenhagen. The new space is dedicated to nutrient premix manufacturing and contains a high-tech laboratory for developing and testing premixes. It also will allow the company to offer flexible batch sizes, faster turnaround times and increased technical support.
