Tank Garage Winery introduced its latest wine varietal: Skin Flick White Wine. Skin Flick is a skin-fermented white wine that celebrates the Golden Age of “erotica,” an era of decadent glamour and sexual revolution during the late 1970s through the early 1980s, the company says. As the name suggests, the company let the white grapes ferment on their skins, soaking up orange colors, giving off notes of orange blossom, banana taffy and nutty baking spices, it says. Skin Flick is available for purchase at the winery or through the company’s website for a suggested retail price of $36 for a bottle.
