Bloom Ferments Kombucha released its latest kombucha flavor: Chai. The newest flavor combines cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and peppercorns with just enough sweetness to bring out classic chai flavors, the company says. Bloom Ferments is brewed through a process of all-natural fermentation with a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast in each batch, as well as all-natural plant-based flavors, it adds. Bloom Ferment Chai Kombucha is available at select retailers across the Midwest, including Meijer stores.
