Nashville, Tenn.-based Heroes Vodka, a veteran-owned premium vodka made from 100 percent American grain, announced a partnership with Cincinnati-based Heidelberg Distributing Co. to bring its vodka to Ohio and Kentucky, expanding the brand’s availability to 15 states nationwide. Founded in 2011 by U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Travis McVey, Heroes Vodka is part of the R.S. Lipman Co. portfolio of brands.
Pinnacle Vodka released a new bottle for its Pinnacle Original Vodka. The new packaging features the brand’s more polished, refined look and encapsulates the clean and smooth profile of the vodka inside, the company says.

Celebrating the city of Fort Collins, Colo. and its legacy of craft beverages, Fort Collins, Colo.-based Old Elk Distillery introduced Dry Town Vodka and Dry Town Gin. These high-quality spirits are the first products from Old Elk Distillery, an endeavor by Curt and Nancy Richardson, founders of OtterBox and Blue Ocean Enterprises. Production on the spirits started nearly three years ago, it says.
Heisenberg vodka created in homage to ‘Breaking Bad’ TV show

Inspired by the cult TV series “Breaking Bad,” and in partnership with Sony Pictures Television, Blue Ice Vodka debuted a limited-edition line of Heisenberg vodkas that pay homage to some of the show’s most popular characters, including Jesse Pinkman and The Heisenberg, it says.
As a child, I spent many happy afternoons and evenings watching the Chicago White Sox play at “old” Comiskey Park at 35th and Shields. Typically, our family of six sat in the left-field bleachers, and I vividly remember cheering on Harold Baines, Ron Kittle and the other “good guys in black” while drinking a cold soda and munching on peanuts and hot dogs
