MoreSweet Tea Leaf, Austin, Texas, promoted Dan Costello from president to chief executive officer, replacing founder Clayton Christopher.
Since becoming the company’s president in 2009, Costello has helped develop new packaging, flavors and distribution networks, the company said, in a statement. Costello formerly was the general manager for Nestlé Waters North America. Clayton will remain on the company’s board of directors.
