For centuries, hot tea has been lauded as a healthy beverage due to its antioxidant content. These antioxidants are said to help boost metabolism and even fight cancer, according to a December 2014 report from IBISWorld, Los Angeles, titled "RTD Tea Production in the U.S."
Available through the Pepsi Lipton Tea partnership, a joint venture between Purchase, N.Y.-based PepsiCo and London-based Unilever, Lipton iced tea launched a summer campaign called “Feel the Taste,” which began Memorial Day weekend.
The Republic of Tea launched a line of SuperHerb Teas that are all-natural, caffeine-free, certified gluten-free and contain various nutrients and antioxidants that assist in attaining peak performance, strength, longevity and daily wellness, the company says.
