PepsiCo launches new line of sparkling waters, liquid concentrates

New Aquafina FlavorSplash line targets teens and families

October 1, 2013

Purchase, N.Y.-based PepsiCo extended its Aquafina brand with Aquafina FlavorSplash sparkling waters and liquid concentrates. These new zero-calorie products were designed to provide great-tasting, better-for-you beverage options for teens and parents, the company says.

"In looking at the beverage landscape, we realized there weren't a lot of better-for-you options designed for and by teens," said Rebecca Granne, senior director of Aquafina, in a statement. "With our new Aquafina FlavorSplash products, we hope to inspire creativity and bring out the individuality of consumers all across the country by encouraging them to mix and match the products to customize their own flavors and have fun while doing it."

Aquafina FlavorSplash liquid concentrates enable consumers to add flavor to water with 24 servings in each 1.62-ounce bottle. They are available in So Strawberry, World Peach and Berry On varieties in squeezable packages.

Available in Color Me Kiwi, Peelin’ Good and Berry Loco varieties, Aquafina FlavorSplash sparkling waters contain B vitamins and come packaged in 16.9-ounce bottles.

Aquafina FlavorSplash sparkling waters and liquid concentrates now are available on store shelves nationwide. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/flavorsplash.
