Woodchuck Hard Cider presents its first ever Private Reserve Label release with a pumpkin hard cider variety. Woodchuck Private Reserve Pumpkin is a special-edition cider with 6.9 percent alcohol content. The pumpkin cider is handcrafted using centuries old cider making techniques that are finished with Vermont-grown pumpkin, the company says. Bottled at the beginning of September, the cider was limited to only two and a half hours on the production line. Woodchuck Private Reserve Pumpkin will be available in six-packs for $10.99 in Boston, Chicago and Vermont from the end of September into October. This fall, Woodchuck also will release its Fall Cider Limited Release, which is a hard apple cider featuring autumn spices, such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
