Rogue Ales introduced the first of three limited release beers from its 2011 Double Series, its Double Mocha Porter. Double Mocha Porter is an evolution of Rogue’s Mocha Porter, the company says. The beer is brewed with 11 ingredients, including coffee, chocolate, hops from the company’s micro-hopyard and barley from the Rogue GYO barley farm. Double Mocha Porter and the series’ subsequent releases – Double Dead Guy Ale will be released in May and Double Chocolate Stout to be released in August – will be released on draft and in 750-ml. seriagraphed, painted bottles for $10.99.
